COVID-19 HAS CHANGED A LOT, BUT IT HASN’T CHANGED OUR PASSION OR COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND TEAMS.

To the Tailored Brands Community:

Thank you for your continued commitment to our brands and our business. Our difficult decision to file voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 was made to help us better position our company for the future. We believe that the support of our lenders enables us to continue our focus on building a more competitive and valuable business. We intend to:

  • Pay employees as usual including continuing pre-existing employee health and welfare benefits;
  • Provide our customers, through our Men’s Wearhouse, Jos A. Bank, Moores Clothing for Men and K&G Fashion Superstore banners, with our differentiated and superior selection, convenience, service and value, while continuing to prioritize the safety and well-being of our team members and customers and honoring customer gift cards, rental reservations, custom garment orders, and our loyalty programs; and
  • Continue to work with the vendor partners that have been, and will be, so important in helping us continue to deliver for our employees and customers.

The support and commitment of the Tailored Brands community helped drive the exciting improvements we were seeing in our business before the COVID-19 pandemic. With your continued support and commitment, we intend to build on that progress as we increasingly become the trusted partner to those who want to look and feel their best in the moments that matter.

With much gratitude and excitement about our shared future,

Dinesh Lathi
